We’ve all heard how important it is to start the day with a healthy breakfast. It sets the tone for a day of healthy habits and gives us much-needed energy.

The problem? Mornings are busy times! I have hardly a minute to spare in the morning, and I’m betting many of you are in the same situation. We still need a healthy meal to start our day, though!

When life is busy, make-ahead recipes are my lifesaver. And when it comes to breakfast, if it’s make-ahead and grab and go there really are no excuses. So choose a couple of these healthy, grab and go, make-ahead breakfast recipes to put on your menu each week and enjoy!

You can grab breakfast on your way out the door to work, and many of these are also packable in the kids’ lunchboxes for their morning snack at school. Breakfast has never been so easy!

      You are welcome! I usually set up my coffee the night before, so all I have to do is turn it on in the morning! Either that or ask my husband to make it for me. 😉
